Filler necks come threaded on one end to accept a Monza flip-top cap and shouldered on the other end to fit your fuel tank or oil tank. When installing this filler neck your must braze / weld the neck onto your tank that you will be using. Filler necks are made of alloy to fit and alloy tank.
