ESG022 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Kawasaki KZ550 models from 1981 through 1986.Our ESG022 is built on a modern stator core and the copper windings are installed using computer controlled winding machines to ensure consistent quality. The copper wire itself is of the highest grade and we modified the winding configuration a bit compared to the OEM stator to increase output by about 10% and lower the amount of heat generated inside the winding which drastically improves reliability.ESG022 is supplied with very high quality wire leads and it comes as a plug in replacement stator.
