ESG177 was developed as a plug-in replacement stator for the OEM stator in the Honda CBR250/CBR300R ElectroSport manufactures ESG177 on a modern stator core with the highest grade copper wire for the various windings.

All winding is done on computer controlled winding machines to achieve absolutely perfect winding quality which is especially critical for the ignition source coil on this stator.

We install very high grade lead wires, connectors and seals and have developed an insulation coating process that is the very best.

The result is a stator that is superior to the OEM stator in reliability and performance.
