Race-proven materials have been used to create this exhaust, including a titanium muffler outer sleeve, a stainless-steel inner structure and link pipe, and a carbon-fibre end cap. Additionally, it comes with a carbon-fibre heat-shield that provides an appealing finish and protects the passenger’s gear. The engineers emphasised throttle response and rideability throughout its development and designed it with durability.

Compared to a Triumph Tiger 1200 equipped with a standard stock system, this exhaust is 37.7% (1.4 kg) lighter and offers 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 8,300 rpm and 0.9 Nm at 8,150 rpm in power and torque gains. It delivers a deep and sporty sound, and it comes with an EC/ECE approval certificate. The plug-and-play installation means no remapping is necessary.

This exhaust fits on GT and Rally versions of the Triumph Tiger 1200, and it is compatible with Triumph’s original side panniers.
