This exhaust system is made of race-proven materials and has a black-coated titanium outer sleeve on the muffler. It comes with a new end cap that is also made of lightweight titanium, along with a bracket. The link pipe and muffler inner structure are made of stainless steel.

It weighs 39.8% less than the standard stock exhaust, which is around 1.6 kg. The exhaust offers better performance gains in the mid and high-rev ranges. During its development, the engineers focused on improving throttle response and rideability. The result is increased power figures of 0.7 kW (0.9 hp) and a torque enhancement of 1.3 Nm, both at 5,700 rpm. This is a significant improvement compared to a standard stock system and was tested on the Akrapovi in-house dyno.

This Euro 5 exhaust has been designed to meet EC/ECE type approval and offers a deep, sporty sound. It is simple to install with no remapping needed, and it is fully compatible with the original Honda side panniers.
