Athena has developed special racing gasket kits for Pro, semi-pro and amateur riders who want to brush up thier engine before the next race. The gasket set includes a cylinder head gasket (stainless steel) and two quality base gaskets. One of the cylinder base gaskets is reduced in thickness by 0.1 mm in order to optimize the engine compression. This new combination gives the rider / mechanic the opportunity to increase the compression and adjust the squish, so as to achieve better performance.
